How do I get started?

This page should help you get started with the internet connection included in your student apartment

Register the internet connection with a broadband router

1. Connect a network cable between your broadband router (the socket labeled "Internet" or "WAN") and the network socket in the wall (marked with letters and numbers or a number).
2. Plug in the broadband router's power cord and start the broadband router.
3. Connect to WiFi using a computer or mobile. The network name ("SSID") and password ("WPA2 key", "WLAN key" or "Wireless Key") can be found on the broadband router.
4. Launch your browser and go to the address https://hemma.sgs.se.
5. Check our SGS Hemma guide if you need help with the registration on SGS Hemma webpage.
6. Complete the registration. The internet connection will be activated in a few minutes.

2. Launch your browser and go to the address https://hemma.sgs.se.

4. Complete the registration. The internet connection will be activated in a few minutes.
