Here you live in the heart of the bustling neighbourhoods around Långgatorna and Järntorget in our property which was originally built as a warehouse building in 1857 and added on with a court yard building in 1918. Today, the house consist of 42 original apartments with a range of different floor plans and sizes. Many of it’s original details are preserved such as wooden doors and generous ceiling height. Some of the apartments on the top floor also have associated lofts. All apartments have access to their own storage in the basement. The house also includes a gym on ground level that the tenants can use free of charge.
This building suits you who enjoy a lively street life where pubs, restaurants and cafés can be found on your doorstep as well as the proximity to the water by Stigbergsleden and the nature of Slottskogen. You have good communication links from one of Gothenburg's hubs, Järntorget, and you can easily reach several of the universities faculties by foot or bike.

SGSNET broadband is included in the rent. Information about your Internet connection (how to register and setup) can be found under Internet/Guides.
Remember that when you register it is the customer number printed on your rental contract you should use.

Electricity is not included in the rent. Report to Göteborg Energi AB, tel 031-62 62 62, or on their website http://www.goteborgenergi.se/English/Customer_service
Note: It is very important that you make a moving-in notification, otherwise there might be no power in the apartment you move into.
Storage
There is a cellar storage space for each flat, which should be marked with your flat number.
Household wastes
Garbage room is in the courtyard. Here you sort all the garbage. For example glass, paper and compost.
Communal room
The gym is in the communal room in the yard, it is open daily 06:30 to 21:00.
Laundries
The laundry is in the courtyard. You use the electronic booking-system.
Vacuum cleaners
The house is equipped with built-in vacuum cleaners.
TV
Tele2 is responsible for cable TV, phone 90 222.
