Gårda Fabriker
In Gårda, right across the street from the Ullevi Stadium facing the Mölndalsån river stands what was previously the textile factory of Gustav Werner. Gårda Fabriker was established in 1881. Today, the factory is an important part of the townscape along the Mölndalsån, and it is also an important memorial to the textile industry in Göteborg as well as the company Gårda Fabriker AB. From the spacious roof terrace you can enjoy the different events of Ullevi.

Internet
SGSNET broadband is included in the rent. Information about your Internet connection (how to register and setup) can be found under Internet/Guides. Remember that when you register it is the customer number printed on your rental contract you should use.
Electricity
Electricity is not included in the rent for flats with kitchen. Report to Göteborg Energi AB, tel 031-62 62 62, or on their website http://www.goteborgenergi.se/English/Customer_service
Note: It is very important that you make a moving-in notification, otherwise there might be no power in the apartment you move into. For furnished single rooms and furnished a room and kitchenette, electricity is included in the rent and need not be notified.
Storerooms
Drakegatan 4:
Storerooms for flats are on the first floor in the cycle room. Entrance from courtyard in the red building. Use the key marked KF. The key also fits the storeroom itself so you won’t need a padlock.All rooms and flats have their own storerooms except flats 555 and 655. These flats are equipped with extra large wardrobes instead.

The storerooms are at the end of entrance B. Use the key marked KF. The key also fits the storeroom itself so you won’t need a padlock.
The following flats have storerooms: 128, 129, 229, 230, 319, 323, 324, 325, 326, 327, 328, 329, 402, 404, 405, 406, 407, 408, 409, 410, 411, 412, 413, 414, 415, 416, 417, 418, 419, 420, 421, 422, 423, 424, 425, 426, 427, 428.
In other flats there are dressing rooms or loft storage spaces.
Roof terrace and common room
You find them on the top floor of Åvägen 6. Show consideration for those who live close to the roof terrace and common room. The kitchen next to the common room is for those who hire a room with kitchenette at Åvägen 6. Remember to leave the room in the same state you found it. It's the same key to the terrace like to the common rooms.
Ladders for high ceilings
There are unlocked ladders to borrow outside apartment number 120 on Åvägen 6B.
Communal kitchens
Drakegatan 4 – (only to furnished single rooms):
10 persons share each kitchen. You share a fridge and freezer in pairs and you will have one cupboard each for dry goods and kitchenware.
Åvägen 6 – (only to furnished single rooms with kitchenettes):
The kitchen is used by 28 tenants and is located on the fourth floor directly opposite the laundry. You can use a cooker with oven and freezer facilities.
Cleaning of the communal kitchen is not included in the rent. Those who share the kitchens are jointly responsible for the daily cleaning.
Household waste / recycling
The waste storage room is in the doorway to Åvägen 6.
Laundries
The laundry for Drakegatan 4 is on the ground floor.
For Åvägen 6 there is a laundry on each floor.
