Many people wish to live in a smoke-free environment for various reasons. To cater for the needs of these persons and to create good living conditions, smoking is prohibited in the property Olssons Park. The non-smoking policy is valid in the dwellings, in the communal spaces, on balconies and patios. Nor is smoking permitted outdoors in the close vicinty to the property. The tenant commits him-/herself to comply with the non-smoking policy on the premises and also to see to that any visitors, for whom the tenant is responsible, comply with the smoking ban.

Seven storey brickhouse built in 2018. 40 singlerooms with kitchenette. On most of the floors there is a shared balcony. Central location within walking distance of Chalmers, the university and the city center. Next to the house is beautiful "Olssons Garden".
Olsons Garden
Grow your own garden! This was the ordinance from the doctor to Carl Oscar Olsson, artist and multiculturalist in Gothenburg. The result became a unique garden in Landalabergen, Guldheden, a place that remains but has changed over the years. Now parts of the decayed garden have been restored. Lots of bulbs bloom and the pond has got a water mirror. Although Olsson's Garden is an exciting feature of the cityscape, the place's brutal history is something that is also fascinating. In the early 1930's, Northern Guldheden was in the near wilderness with only a few villages. In the studio Bohème, Carl Oscar Olsson held and sculpted and painted. Olsson was an original master of creativity and a lot of imagination, but also a restless soul. Therefore he was ordained by his doctor to cultivate a garden. He addressed the call and went out to early morning walks to gather plants. And it did not take long until a miniature landscape began to take shape in the rock sculptures around the studio.
