Tillgången offers modern apartments in the heart of our largest student housing area Olofshöjd. The building was completed 2022 and contains 101 bright and well-planned student apartments from 1 room and kitchenette to 4 rooms and kitchen.
The Olofshöjd area has a distinct student feel with around 1,500 student accomondations which, together with a number of popular communal spaces such as a gym, cafe, study room, exercise hall and volleyball court, contribute to the area being popular among both Swedish and international students. Here you can also join a lot of student activities each week organised by The Council of Trustees.

Gates, parking
The gates to are open three days before and three days after the turn of the month for those who move in- and out. You may borrow the key to the gates at other occasions from SGS Customer Service. Parking within the area is not permitted.

Laundry
Tillgången 601 floor two and Tillgången 602 floor one.
Bicycle parking
There is outdoor bicycle parking under roof. It is not permitted to park cycles in the stair-wells.
Household wastes/recycling
There are three recycling stations for glass, paper, metal, plastic, clothes and batteries in the area. There are also four stations for composting.
Communal rooms
- Table tennis room in 309. No booking required.
- Exercise hall between entrances 310 and 312. Book trough "My pages".
- Gym in entrance 301. Follow the instructions given by the Students' counsil to become a member.
- Sauna by the gable at 135. Book on the booking-board in entrance 135 or use "My pages".
- Café Olof in 305. Follow the instructions given by the Students' counsil to become a member.
- Study room i 203. Open Monday - Friday 7 p.m to 3.45 p.m. No booking required.

Students’ council (FR)
The Students’ council, called ”FR”, consists of tenant representatives, who have regular meetings with SGS Studentbostäder to discuss matters concerning the maintenance of the area. www.olofshojd.se
Electricity/hot water - Provisional costs
You do not need to contact any suppliers. Individual electricity and water readings will be done. This means that you can influence the electricity and water costs. Billing takes place with a standard cost for the first two months and thereafter according to actual consumption. To see the standard cost click on the link below.

Post & parcels
Letters and parcels that do not fit in the mailbox will be sent to the Postnords service point.
If you want to send a letter or a parcel please check Postnords website.
If you receive a letter that is not adressed to you then you should cross out the recepients name and adress, write "Retur" on the envelope and drop it in the yellow Postnords postbox.
