Environmental plan.

SGS Studentbostäder has adopted an environmental plan with concrete goals for the coming years. 
Our environmental plan includes three environmental goals.

1. Energy usage in our buildings shall be 120 kilowatt hours per square meter in 2020.
2. We shall decide what rating tool for environmental certification of buildings is best suited to our requirements.
3. At least half of all our cars shall be electrical cars in 2018.

To achieve these goals, several measures and activities are planned. We will be checking these off as work progresses.
During the past year, we have:

• Succeeded in reducing energy usage in our buildings by 20 percent since 2007.
• Continued work with adjusting operation of our buildings so that less energy is used.
• Concluded work with an assesment tool for better environmental and health choices in a building project.
