Housing app

On February 14th the housing app will be available for a selected number of tenants who will evaluate and give their thoughts of future improvements. The housing app will simplify everyday life and collect all functions needed in one place.
Here’s a selection of features included:

• Book laundry/community rooms
• Check your rent
• Create a fault report
• Use “DoorControl” to open the entrance door
• Receive notices from SGS on the "Notice board"
• Communicate with your neighbours in "Community"
• Read useful information about your area and rental agreement in the "Library”
• Get access to exclusive services and discounts

After the valuation later this spring, we are hoping to launch the app for all our tenants in the fall of 2024.
