SGS follows all recommendations and regulations issued by The Public Health Authority, Region of Västra Götaland and The Government.
Our customer centers are open every weekday 09-16 but closed for visits during lunchtime 13.00-13.30.

We have a limited number of people in our premises / customer centers, you may have to wait a little extra to get our help.
Error reports and inspections of your flat
During the pandemic only the outmost necessary error reports will be fixed. That means errors that endanger your safety and health or the functions of your flat. We will likely contact you beforehand, make sure you answer on our calls. Our numbers often start with 031-333 6X XX. If you are unsure, contact us and we will help you. If you have a booked meeting or a scheduled inspection of your flat and not feeling well, you must let us know in beforehand.
Are you moving in?
On the day of moving in (the first day of the month) we are open as usual for visits. That is, between 9-16 with no closing for lunchtime.
Do not forget to bring ID, study certificate and to have paid the first rent.
Are you moving out?
Please use our mailbox for keys located at your Kundcenter. Put them in an envelope and mark it with your name and address.
Our common areas such as gym, study rooms, etc. are open, but remember to respect the maximum number of people listed on the door. Thanks!
